Rates     To fully understand your objectives, I take the time to review the document to be translated beforehand. Every translation must be carefully considered based on the following:     Number of words Subject area Deadline Country of origin Target reader Formatting requirements and LEGAL REQUIREMENTS i.e. notarization.   Fees for translations are typically charged on a per word basis. The rates in Canada for certified Spanish/English translations range from $0.18 CAN to $0.25 CAN per word. My standard rate is $ 0.20 per word, though depending on the type of terminology in the document; the cost per word may vary.     I have a minimum fee of $ 40.00 per document.
